All rights to broadcast the Service, shall cease at the end of this Term, or sooner, if Licensee breaches this agreement.

EXCLUSIVITY: Licensee shall retain market exclusivity for the Service within the Station’s city of license for the Term of this agreement. Station may not use the Service on any other stations or in any other markets. (Their is no format exclusivity provided on the internet)

LEGAL: All materials in the Service are the copyrighted property of Licensor and it’s suppliers. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, forward, display, re-post, or use the Service in any other way without written consent of Licensor. User discretion is advised when using the Service. All local, state, and federal laws should be strictly followed. HYLA ENTERTAINMENT, LLC’s is not liable for its use. Licensor shall in no event be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from our caused by accessing or using the Service, including without limitation from your use or inability to use the site, delays in operation or transmission, communication lines failure, or any errors or omissions in Service, or any damage done to your hardware or the information thereon.

MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Licensee agrees to pay all expenses Licensor may incur in connection with the enforcement of any of its remedies under this Agreement, including all costs, legal expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
